SELF-PUBLISHING

Riviera Artists Agency has acquired Socciones Publishing, an established award-winning UK business that offers high-quality self-publishing services to authors. Socciones also offer expert marketing services for self-publishers that are tried and tested, including Amazon ad campaigns and Booktoker collaborations, so authors no longer need a publishing house behind them in order to reach a large audience.

Whether you’re struggling to secure an agent or desire full creative control and higher royalties, without waiting years to get published, our collaboration empowers you. While traditional publishing remains strong, publishers aren’t willing to take many risks these days, so self-publishing has opened up a world of opportunity for authors.

We're currently open for submissions. If you have a story you think we'd be interested in please follow the submission guidelines below.

WE ONLY ACCEPT DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS. ANY MATERIALS RECEIVED VIA POST WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DESTROYED.

We're not looking for poetry, short stories or children's picture books at this time.

Please send an email query in the first instance to

Include the following:
Tell us a little about yourself - a few sentences is fine!
Which demographic would your story appeal to.
Point us in the direction of any previously published material (including self-published works).
Include a synopsis of the story.
Include the first three chapters of your manuscript.
Due to the number of submissions we receive we're unable to send confirmation if we're not interested in your story at this time, but if we're interested in representing you we'll be in touch within six weeks.
